26 Feb 2016 : Completed the demolishing of  the old buildings
and site clearance
18 April 2016: Started with excavations for the footings of
the building's'collumns
May 2016: Concrete into the footing-holes for the building's columns
June 2016: Progressing well with collumns and concrete floors of 3rd block (back) and 2nd block (muddle).
July 2016: Stared with brick work on the 3rd block and collumns on the 1st block.
August 2016: 3rd Block - brickwork up to the second floor, 2nd Block adding the slab to the first floor, 1st Block collumns curing
September 2016: 3rd Block finished with brick work, adding roofslab, stater with plastering. 1st Block Finished first floor slab starterd with brick work.   
October 2016: 3rd Block (back) finished with brick work, roof slab added, plastering finished,  started with tiling
2nd Block : Roof slab already added, busy with plastering, tiling to follow.
1st Block (front), adding the roof slab, brick work finished, plastering to follow 
November 2016: busy with tiling inside the units, waterproofing of top floors, busy with perimeter walls
January  2017: Finishing with kitchen and bedroom cupboards, light fittings, stove-plates, light fittings, paving, painting outside in colour variants creating a
STUNNING LOOK!!!!!
February 2017: Final paint work, landscaping, final snagging, security fencing,

1 March 2017: READY FOR OCCUPATION!!!!! SELLING FAST
